Veto Pro Pac tool bags are designed by Roger Brouard, a carpenter with 30 years of experience of pounding nails and making sawdust. Roger came up with the idea of creating a center panel tool bag with an injection molded plastic base and prototyped the idea in 1998 due to being frustrated with the lack of functional and high quality tool bags on the market.
